CADdy EDS - Updates

On this page the most current update versions of CADdy EDS can be found. Before starting any download please note, that these programs can be executed in an installed EDS environment only.

All EDS update versions are self installing. Please follow the instructions of the installation program. If You need to know the version You are working with just select Help - Program information in the menu.

Please note: you'll need a full installation to get the update running correctly.

Installation of CADdy EDS 12.0 on Windows Vista or Windows 7
CADdy EDS 12.0 runs on Windows Vista and on Windows 7. Nevertheless there are old Hardlock-drivers on the installation-CD, and CADdy EDS itself needed some adaptions. For an installation on Windows Vista please follow these steps: Install CADdy EDS 12.0 by CD (as usual). Install the new Hardlock-drivers (see below) Install the most actual update (see above).

You'll need administrator rights for all installations ! On Windows Vista it may be not sufficient to be logged on as an administor. The programs should be executed as administrator (rightclick the file and choose the appropriate menu element).

If you need an older version or another file of the EDS environment, please send us an e-mail. The versions from this page can be used to update test and school versions too.

All caught bugs and all changes made during the lifetime of a version are documented. Since this documentation is available in german language only it can be found on the german support page.

How to obtain english, french or russian program texts

If your program texts appear in a wrong language please edit Parameters - System (or "Einstellungen - System" ) and choose your language there.
